This is an example of how to call the COMMDLG.DLL directly to select fonts, colors, and open/save files (sorry, haven't figured out all the printer functions yet).  Since the COMMDLG.DLL is included with Windows there is no reason to use another needless VBX.  My apologies for not remembering the names of those who's code examples helped me put this together.
